This second phase of a residential design-build project focused on elevating the primary suite while improving overall functionality. The transformation centered on combining an existing hallway bathroom, a primary half-bath, and a bedroom closet to create a spacious, well-appointed primary bathroom. The new layout features dual vanities, a significantly expanded shower, and an exaggerated shower niche with integrated accent lighting. Natural light was thoughtfully enhanced by maximizing the existing window configuration, resulting in a bright, open atmosphere. The adjacent primary bedroom received subtle updates to complement the new space, while the closet was reimagined into a true walk-in design. With ample room for organization, the closet also incorporates a dedicated desk area - creating a private, functional workspace within the suite. To further improve the house’s livability, a new half-bathroom was added in a strategic location with direct access to the pool. This intentional placement allows for convenient use by family and guests, minimizing traffic and preventing water from being tracked throughout the house. months
