At Hall Design & Construction, we approach each project with the care we would give our own home. For the past five years, our founder Nick Hall has built a reputation for designing and remodeling impactful and purposeful spaces in Audubon Park. Guided by your vision, we collaborate closely and provide thoughtful design input, executing each detail meticulously to ensure the work is done right while we are there, with minimal need for follow-up.

Nick Hall of Hall Design & Construction was referred to us while our house was being repaired for damage as a result of flooding of our kitchen, living room and dining room and the entire lower floor area. As a result of his contribution to that debacle we decided to utilize his company to perform a renovation/repair of our master bathroom, reflooring of our master bedroom and various small projects around the house including repairing of our veranda doors, and repairing the ceiling of one of the alternate bedrooms. In addition Nick took personal responsibility for managing another company’s installation of a major project on our property. (A permanent awning to cover 300 sq. ft. and provide shade adjacent the house on our property). All his direct work and managerial efforts have been timely, skilled and visionary when our personal design template wasn’t clear. His conceptual vision regarding lighting and aesthetic issues are in excess of what is typically available in construction companies. His team includes craftsmen injecting quality to the projects. Nick is an excellent communicator and through his team, a reasonable request is dealt promptly. We have no hesitation recommending NH Design & Construction.

Amazing, Stress-Free Renovation Experience with Hall Design & Construction
Working with Nick Hall of Hall Design & Construction was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the entire renovation process was not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. Nick’s constant and clear communication made every step feel manageable and transparent – there was never a moment where I felt out of the loop or unsure of what was happening.
The scope of the renovation was extensive, and Nick’s architectural expertise truly shined. He reimagined our entire floor plan, adding 2.5 beautiful bathrooms, a spacious walk-in master closet, an additional room, and completely repiped the home. We hadn’t updated our home since the mid-1990s, so we had planned a major rehab – new flooring, kitchen, lighting, and a bathroom. Then Hurricane Ian caused a roof failure that damaged our Florida Sunroom and the Family Room (an extension of the kitchen). With both the storm damage and our remodel plans, we hired Nick Hall as our contractor.

Working with Nick was an outstanding experience. His architectural background and attention to detail really showed throughout the project. He brought in excellent sub-contractors, held them accountable, and followed up consistently. Any concerns we raised were addressed quickly and without hesitation, and he contributed thoughtful ideas to the interior design as well.

Most importantly, Nick was always available and approachable, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We’re extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend him for anyone considering a remodel or repair project.

The initial step is a consultation where we can discuss your goals, budget, timeline, and design direction so we can give you accurate pricing and timeline for your project.

Each project is distinct, often presenting its own set of complexities and unforeseen conditions. Timelines can range from several weeks for single-room renovations to several months for larger, more comprehensive scopes. Our approach is guided by care and precision, allowing us to execute the work thoroughly and correctly while we are there. We remain focused on delivering a result that feels considered, complete, and well worth the investment.

Project investment will vary based on scope, selected finishes, and the level of customization involved. During our consultation, we take the time to understand these details and provide clear, upfront pricing so you can move forward with confidence.

In most cases we source materials through our vetted vendors as we are already familiar with the quality and warranty coverage. However, we are happy to review specific requests case-by-case if you have something very particular in mind.

The more visual detail and inspiration you can bring to the table, from colors and textures to styles you are drawn to, the better we are able to execute at the highest level. We are always happy to give our input on the quality and durability of the materials you are interested in, as well as provide options for layouts or other solutions that might work well in your space.

We focus exclusively on single family residential projects.

We specialize in design services, whole house remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, additions, and ADUs (accessory dwelling units). We do not take on small, isolated repairs or commercial work. Each project we take on is custom to the client and the space, and most involve a significant investment of time and resources on both sides.
